Corrections Policy

Accuracy matters more than appearing infallible. PetBuyLab corrects material errors openly rather than quietly.

What we correct

A material error is any mistake that could change a reader’s understanding or decision — an incorrect dimension, an out-of-date specification, a mischaracterised safety point or a broken factual claim.

How corrections are handled

  • The error is verified against a reliable source.
  • The content is updated.
  • A visible note records what changed, so the correction is transparent rather than hidden.

Reporting an error

If you spot something that looks wrong, it helps to note the page URL, the exact wording in question and a supporting source. Material corrections are reviewed and documented clearly. Guides are also reviewed when specifications, safety information or market options change.
